Browse, read, log in and out over a couple of sessions, let the profile accumulate a little history, then start. Cheap insurance.

The re-login tax is the part nobody counts until it stops. One thing worth doing early while the habit is fresh: always close a profile from the app rather than killing the window, because the session snapshot is taken when the profile is stopped. I lost a morning once to a force-quit that never wrote the cookies back. Two years of spreadsheet discipline will make the rest of this feel easy.
