These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Keyback Systems Ltd. ("Dual Login", "we", "us") governing your use of https://duallogin.com, the Dual Login anti-detect browser, and related services (the "Services"). Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation, and 'you' means that organisation.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You must not be barred from using the Services under the laws of your country or any applicable sanctions or export-control regime. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, including keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly at support@duallogin.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
3. Subscriptions and plans
The Services are offered on free and paid plans with different limits and features. Plan details, limits and prices are shown at checkout and on our pricing page and may change. Paid plans renew automatically for successive periods (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
4. Payments and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the plan you choose, including applicable taxes, on each renewal date until you cancel.
- •Prices are stated exclusive of taxes unless noted; you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- •If a charge fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds.
- •You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals (see our Refund Policy).
- •We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
5. License
Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services and the Dual Login software for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or make the Services available to third parties except through features we provide (such as team seats). Detailed software terms are in our End User License Agreement.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy at https://duallogin.com/legal/acceptable-use, which is part of these Terms. Dual Login is built for legitimate uses such as web development, QA testing, digital and affiliate marketing, advertising-account and multi-profile management, agency and e-commerce workflows, social media management, privacy protection, and lawful security research.
7. Prohibited activities
You must not use the Services to engage in or facilitate:
- •Fraud, phishing, scams or deceptive practices.
- •Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- •Identity theft, impersonation or account takeover.
- •Unauthorised access to systems, or circumventing another party's security or access controls.
- •Platform abuse in violation of a third party's terms, or illegal automation.
- •Malware distribution, cybercrime, money laundering or terrorist financing.
- •Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.
- •Any activity that is illegal in the jurisdictions where you operate or where the targeted service is based.
Breaking these rules can lead to immediate suspension or termination and, where appropriate, reporting to authorities.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, software, and all related content, trademarks and logos are owned by Keyback Systems Ltd. or our licensors and are protected by law. We keep all rights not expressly granted to you. You keep ownership of the data and content you create with the Services. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that data to provide the Services to you.
9. Third-party services and proxies
The Services can connect to third-party services and proxies you choose. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any website, platform or proxy provider you use with Dual Login.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. On termination, your license ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any particular result (such as avoiding a platform ban) will be achieved.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dual Login and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you have paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Dual Login against claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Changes to the Services and Terms
We may modify the Services and update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the 'Last updated' date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Bangladesh will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. We each agree to try to resolve disputes informally first by contacting legal@duallogin.com.
