In plain English

A policy has to be precise, which makes it hard to read. Here is the same document answered as the questions people usually arrive with. It is a summary: where the two could be read differently, the numbered sections below govern.

What is this page warning me about?

That we sell a tool, not an outcome, and not advice. Dual Login isolates browser identities extremely well. It cannot promise that a particular platform will let you hold a particular account, because that decision belongs to that platform and is made on far more than your browser fingerprint.

So will my accounts get banned or not?

We cannot answer that, and section 3 says so directly. Account bans follow from behaviour, payment details, phone numbers, content, IP reputation and platform policy as much as from device identity. Fixing the device half is real and it is what we are good at; it is not the whole picture, and anyone in this industry telling you they guarantee the whole picture is selling you something they cannot deliver.

Is anything here legal advice?

No — section 1. Whether running multiple accounts on a given platform is permitted depends on that platform's terms and on the law where you are, and both change. If the answer matters commercially, ask a lawyer in your jurisdiction. We can tell you how the software works; we cannot tell you whether your use of it complies with a contract you signed with somebody else.

What is my responsibility?

Section 4: the accounts you open, the terms you agreed to when you opened them, and the data you put through the tool. Choosing your proxies well and keeping your profiles consistent are also yours — a real fingerprint pointed through an IP that contradicts it is a mismatch we give you the controls to avoid, not one we can prevent on your behalf.

Why does an antidetect browser need a disclaimer at all?

Because this market has a history of promising outcomes it cannot control, and the honest position is uncomfortable enough that it has to be written down. We can tell you exactly what the software does to a fingerprint. We cannot tell you what a platform's risk model will decide about an account, and any vendor who says otherwise is describing a system they do not have access to.

You say results are not guaranteed. What does that mean concretely?

That two people with identical software configurations can get different outcomes, because the rest of the inputs differ -- IP reputation, account age, payment instrument, phone number, content, the behaviour of the account, and policies that change without notice. The device layer is one input among many. It is the one we control, and controlling it well is worth doing; it is not the whole system.

If something goes wrong, what are you responsible for?

The software doing what we say it does. Section 6 sets the limits, and they are the ordinary ones for licensed software. What sits with you is the choice to run a given account on a given platform, and whether that is consistent with the terms you accepted there.

Does using Dual Login break any platform's terms of service?

That depends entirely on the platform and on what you do. Some explicitly permit multiple accounts under conditions; some forbid them outright; most sit in between and enforce inconsistently. We are not able to read your agreements for you, and section 1 is our statement that nothing on this site is legal advice. If the answer carries commercial weight, it is worth an hour of a lawyer's time in your jurisdiction.

Does this mean the product does not work?

No, and the distinction is worth being exact about. The software does what it says: distinct, internally consistent device identities, real isolation between profiles, proxy and timezone handled together. What cannot be promised is another company’s decision about your account, because that is made on inputs no browser vendor controls or can even observe.

Why publish this rather than staying quiet?

Because the alternative is letting a customer infer a guarantee we never made and would not honour. Saying the limits out loud costs a few sales to people who wanted to hear something else, and it is the only version of this business that survives its own customers comparing notes.
