Limits

How the limits work

Three numbers govern every plan. Two are daily activity counters, one is a live capacity limit — the difference matters, so here it is in plain terms.

Browser profiles

The number of saved profiles you can keep at once. This is a live count, not a running total — delete a profile and the slot is immediately free for a new one.

On a 10-profile plan, once you hold 10 profiles you must delete one to create another.

Profiles created per day

How many new profiles you can create in a single day. This is an activity counter, so deleting a profile does not give the creation back.

With a cap of 10 per day, creating 10 profiles uses the day’s allowance even if you then delete some.

Profiles opened per day

How many times you can launch a profile in a day. Every launch counts, including re-opening the same profile.

With a cap of 100 per day, 100 launches exhausts the allowance regardless of how many profiles you own.

Both daily counters reset at midnight UTC. You can see exactly where you stand at any time on the Billing page in the app. Need more? Talk to us about a custom plan.

Why Dual Login

Why teams love Dual Login

Dual Login's antidetect browser has protected over 2 million accounts from bans. Join thousands of operators who run their entire multi-account operation from one console.

Real fingerprints

Hardware-consistent canvas, WebGL, fonts and audio per profile — indistinguishable from a genuine device, never blank or randomized.

Bulletproof isolation

Every profile gets its own sealed storage, cookies and proxy. One ban never cascades across your accounts.

Team-ready

Admins, managers and members share only the profiles they need — onboard clients without ever sharing passwords.

Card & crypto billing

Pay by card via Stripe or with BTC, ETH and USDT via NowPayments — whatever suits your operation.

Included in every plan

Billing FAQ

Good to know

What happens on the day my card fails?+

Nothing dramatic, and nothing silent. A failed renewal retries and tells you; the workspace does not vanish mid-campaign because a bank declined a routine charge. You get the time to fix the payment method, and your profiles sit untouched while you do -- the aggressive alternative punishes exactly the customers who were trying to pay.

Does the price include the proxies?+

No, and no antidetect browser includes them -- a vendor bundling proxies is reselling someone's pool, usually the crowded end of it. You bring your own, from any provider, in HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5, and the app bridges authenticated ones locally. Budget for them separately and deliberately; they are the half of the operation this page cannot price for you.

How does the price compare with running virtual machines instead?+

Favourably, and the comparison is worth doing once with real numbers. A VM per identity costs gigabytes of memory and an OS licence each, caps out at a handful per machine, and still routes every identity through one network connection unless you solve proxies separately -- which you would be doing anyway. Profiles get you the same storage-and-identity separation for the cost of a browser process, so the money moves to where it actually buys separation: the addresses. That is the honest total-cost picture, and it is why the proxy line in your budget should be bigger than this page.

What payment methods work in restricted regions?+

Cards and crypto both, and crypto exists on this page precisely because a working card is not a given everywhere this product is used. The checkout treats it as an ordinary method -- no manual invoicing, no waiting for a human -- and a payment that confirms on-chain activates the plan the same way a card does.

Is there a refund if it does not work out?+

The Refund Policy in the Trust Center is the authoritative answer, and the short version is that we would rather you tested on the free plan first -- it exists precisely so that money moves after the evaluation rather than before it. If something has genuinely gone wrong, write to support with the invoice and say what happened.

Can I get an invoice for accounting?+

Yes, automatically, on every payment. If your finance team needs particular details on it -- a company name, a VAT number, a purchase order reference -- send them once and they will appear on subsequent invoices.

Do I need to talk to sales?+

No, and there is no sales team to talk to. Every plan on this page is self-serve from signup to invoice. The only conversation worth having is for capacity beyond the largest listed plan or an unusual shape of seats against profiles, and that is a short email rather than a process.

Do prices change once I have subscribed?+

Not for you mid-term. A plan you are on is the price you agreed for the period you bought, and if list prices move, that applies to new terms rather than reaching back into an active one. Changes to what a plan includes are announced rather than discovered.

Why is this priced per profile rather than per user?+

Because profiles are what consume the thing being sold. A single operator running eight hundred identities is doing far more with the product than a team of six running forty, and pricing by head would charge the second more than the first. Seats exist and are cheap; the profile count is the number that moves the price, which also means a growing team does not get penalised for adding the person who was going to make the work manageable.

What happens if I need to pause for a couple of months?+

Cancel and come back. There is no pause feature and inventing one would mostly be a way to keep charging a reduced amount for nothing -- cancelling stops the next charge, keeps your data where it is, and re-subscribing later picks up the profiles you already had. Export anything critical before a long gap, as a matter of habit rather than distrust.

Which plan should I actually start on?+

The free one, and not as a formality. Ten profiles is enough to run the only test that decides this -- attach a real proxy, sign in to something you can afford to lose, and see whether the session is still there in a week. Choosing a paid tier before that is choosing a profile count before you know the tool works for your platforms, which is the wrong order and the reason most refund requests exist.

Do unused profiles roll over or expire?+

Neither -- the count is a live ceiling rather than a monthly allowance. You are not spending anything by having 300 profiles sitting idle, and you do not accumulate credit by using fewer than your plan allows. Delete one and the slot is free immediately, which means experiments do not permanently consume capacity.

Can I change plans in the middle of a period?+

Upgrades take effect straight away, because the reason to upgrade is usually that you have run out of something today. Downgrades apply at the next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until the period ends -- the one thing to watch is being above the lower ceiling when the change lands, which blocks new profiles until you are back under it. Nothing gets deleted for you.

What will this actually cost me per month, all in?+

More than the plan price, and it is better to know that now. Proxies are a separate bill from every vendor in this category including us, and for most operators they are the larger of the two: good residential or mobile addresses cost more than the browser subscription once you are past a handful of profiles. Budget for both from the start. The other cost is hardware -- profiles are real browser processes, so running many at once is a memory question, and a RAM upgrade is often the cheapest performance improvement available to a busy operator.

Should I pay monthly or yearly?+

Monthly if you are still deciding whether this fits your workflow, which is the honest answer even though the yearly plan is better for us. The yearly price is a genuine discount for committing to the year rather than a monthly plan with a longer receipt, so it is not something to exit halfway through. Take the free plan first, run a real account on it for a week, then choose a term once you know.

What happens if I go over my profile limit?+

Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically. You cannot create new profiles until you are back under the ceiling, either by removing ones you no longer need -- the count is live, so a deleted profile frees its slot immediately -- or by adding capacity. On the customisable plans you can add profiles to the plan you are already on rather than jumping a whole tier, which exists precisely so a team needing 1,200 is not pushed onto a package built for 5,000.

Do team members each need their own plan?+

No. Seats live inside your plan and share its profile pool, which is the point: the workspace is the unit, not the person. Each member signs in with their own credentials and gets explicit capabilities, so somebody can be allowed to launch profiles without being allowed to export cookies. That is worth more than the cost saving -- a shared login is the single most common security failure in agency work, and it is the one that follows you after somebody leaves.

Can I pay in crypto?+

Yes, alongside cards. It is a common enough requirement in this market that treating it as an exception would be unhelpful, and the checkout handles it as an ordinary payment method rather than a manual arrangement.

Is there a discount for a large deployment?+

If you need more capacity than the largest listed plan, contact us and we will quote it rather than pointing you at a page. The same applies to unusual shapes -- many seats and few profiles, or the reverse -- which the standard tiers price awkwardly. It is a short conversation, not a sales process.

Is there a free plan?+

Yes. The Free plan gives you 10 browser profiles with no credit card and no trial clock — it is not a countdown, it is a smaller version of the same product. Every profile you create on it is a real, fully isolated profile with its own fingerprint, its own proxy setting and its own cookie store. Upgrade when you run out of profiles, not when a timer runs out, and the profiles you already made carry straight over.

How many profiles can I run?+

Plans scale from 10 profiles on Free up to 200,000 on Dedicated, and the number on each card above is the ceiling for that plan. It is a live count, not a running total: delete a profile and the slot comes straight back, so a plan sized for 500 concurrent identities does not get used up by six months of experiments. If you need more capacity than the largest plan lists, contact us and we will quote it.

What is a profile, exactly?+

One browser identity: its own fingerprint (canvas, WebGL, audio, fonts, screen, user agent, timezone), its own cookies, localStorage and cache, and its own proxy. It runs as a separate browser process on your machine, so two profiles on the same PC look like two different devices on two different networks and cannot see each other's logins. That isolation is the product — everything else on this page is about how many of them you get.

Can I add profiles to a plan without moving up a tier?+

On the plans marked customisable, yes. The counter on the card adds extra profiles to the plan you are already on, and the price updates with it. The same is true of team seats. It exists so a team that needs 1,200 profiles is not pushed onto a package built for 5,000.

What is the difference between monthly, yearly and lifetime?+

Monthly renews every month and can be stopped at any time. Yearly bills once for twelve months at a discount, shown live on the toggle above. Lifetime is a single payment for a plan that never expires and never renews — no invoice next year, no card on file. All three unlock the same features; they differ only in how long you keep the profile ceiling.

What happens when a plan expires?+

Monthly plans simply lapse back to Free if they are not renewed. Nothing is deleted: your profiles, cookies, proxies and fingerprints all stay exactly where they are, and the higher ceiling pauses until you renew. You keep full access to whatever fits inside the Free limit, and the rest waits for you. Lifetime plans never expire, so this never applies to them.

Do I lose my profiles if I cancel?+

No. Cancelling stops the renewal, not your data. Profiles live in your account and on the machine that created them, and they are still there when you come back. This is deliberate: an account you have warmed up for a year is worth more than a month of subscription, and losing it because a card expired would be a terrible way to treat you.

Can I pay with crypto?+

Yes. Card payments run through Stripe and crypto payments through NowPayments, which accepts BTC, ETH, USDT and a long list of others. The crypto checkout is served on our own domain, so you are not bounced to a third-party page that looks nothing like the rest of the site. Both routes activate the plan the moment the payment confirms.

Which cards do you accept?+

All the majors, through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the debit cards issued on those networks. Stripe handles the card details end to end and we never see or store a card number — that is also why a card decline has to be resolved with your bank rather than with us.

Is there a refund policy?+

Yes, and it is written down rather than decided case by case. The refund and cancellation policy sets out what is refundable, the cooling-off period and what is not covered, and it is linked in the footer of every page. If something has gone wrong with a payment, contact support with the order and we will look at it against that policy.

Do you offer a discount for paying yearly?+

Yes. The saving is applied automatically when you switch the toggle above to yearly — you do not need a code, and the number shown is the number charged. Any add-ons you have configured, such as extra profiles or team seats, are discounted on the same terms rather than billed separately at full price.

Can I use a coupon?+

If you have one, it goes in at checkout and the discount is calculated on our side from the package price, not from anything the page sends. That means the amount you see quoted is the amount the payment provider is asked for — a coupon cannot be tampered with in the browser to produce a different charge.

What is the referral credit?+

Share your referral link and the person who signs up through it gets a discount on their first payment, while you earn account credit once they subscribe. The credit sits on your balance and comes off your next invoice. There is no approval queue to join and no minimum audience — the link is in your dashboard the moment you have an account.

Can several people share one account?+

That is what team seats are for. Each member gets their own login and their own permissions — you decide who can create profiles, who can only open the ones they are given, who can see billing and who can touch settings. It is far safer than sharing one password, because you can remove a member without changing anything else, and every action is attributed to the person who took it.

What can a team member see?+

Exactly what you tick. Permissions are per capability rather than per rank, so a member can be allowed to run profiles without being allowed to delete them, or given access to a single group of profiles and nothing else. Changes to a member's permissions apply to the session they are already in, not at their next login.

Is there a limit on how many profiles I can create per day?+

Some plans carry a daily create or daily open allowance alongside the profile ceiling. Where they apply, they reset at midnight UTC. The ceiling is the number that matters day to day; the daily counters exist to keep automated scripts from consuming a whole plan's capacity in an afternoon.

Do I need a proxy, and is one included?+

A proxy is not included, and you do not need one to try the product — a profile runs perfectly well on your own connection. You will want one as soon as you run several accounts on the same platform, because the fingerprint and the IP address are checked together. Any HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5 proxy works, including the residential providers most people use, and each profile can have its own.

Which operating systems does it run on?+

Windows, macOS and Linux. The browser engine is bundled with the app, so there is nothing else to install and no dependency on the version of Chrome you happen to have. Profiles created on one machine can be opened on another through your account, which is how most people move between a desktop and a laptop.

Do my profiles sync between computers?+

Yes. Cookies, local storage and the fingerprint travel with the profile, so a session you are signed into on one machine is the session you get on the next one. The app checks the cloud copy before it opens a profile, precisely so you never end up browsing a stale login and overwriting the good one.

Can I automate profiles?+

Every plan includes the automation API. Profiles can be driven over plain HTTP or over the Chrome DevTools Protocol from Python, Node, C#, Java, Go or PHP, and the same actions are available whether you call them from the machine itself or remotely. There is no separate automation licence and no per-call charge.

Will you charge me automatically when the plan renews?+

Only on monthly and yearly subscriptions, and only with the payment method you chose. Crypto payments are one-off by their nature — nothing is stored to charge again — and lifetime plans never renew at all. You can stop a renewal from the billing page at any time before the date it falls due.

Can I upgrade in the middle of a billing period?+

Yes. Moving up a plan is pro-rated: you pay the difference for the time remaining rather than starting a fresh period, and the new ceiling applies immediately. Add-ons bought part-way through a period are pro-rated the same way, using one calculation on the server so the quote and the charge cannot disagree.

Do you provide invoices?+

Yes. Every payment produces an invoice in your account with the amount, the date, the plan and the method, ready to hand to whoever does your bookkeeping. If a business name or tax detail needs to appear on it, add it to your profile before you pay and it will be on every invoice from then on.

What if I need something none of these plans covers?+

Contact us. Custom packages exist for exactly this: a profile ceiling between two tiers, a longer term, capacity for a team that does not fit the standard seats, or a deployment that has to be dedicated. Tell us what the workload actually looks like and we will price it rather than pushing you into the nearest box.
