- Cookies not persisting between sessions
Check how that one profile is being closed. Sessions are written back when the profile is stopped, so a window closed by the task manager or a machine that went to sleep mid-session can lose the last snapshot. The other case I have hit: the same profile opened on a second machine later, which then pushes its own older session up. If you use more than one PC, close it properly on the first before opening it on the second.
