I am at 60 and the list is getting hard to scan. At what point did groups become necessary for you?

One proxy per profile for me too, with grouping a close second. Before groups I was scrolling to find things and re-deciding the same questions daily; after, the list matched the way I actually work. The third would be closing profiles properly so sessions are written back — unglamorous, but it is the difference between logins that survive a month and logins you rebuild every week.

Close every profile first and let them finish syncing — the session is captured on stop, so anything still open has not been written back yet. Then sign in on the laptop and just open the profile: it checks the cloud copy before the window appears, so you get the newest session rather than a stale one. No export step needed. The only thing I would not do is have both machines open the same profile in the same hour.

Had exactly this last week. Restarting the profile rather than the whole app sorted it.

How many are you running? It might be a resource limit rather than a setting.

This matches my experience. Consistency has mattered more than uniqueness for me.

What does the log say when it happens? That usually narrows it down quickly.
