Logged into an account, closed the profile, reopened and I am logged out again. Other profiles keep their sessions fine so it seems specific to this one.

Around 40 for me, and I wish it had been 20. The cost of grouping late is not the grouping, it is deciding the scheme with 60 profiles already named. A group is just a field on the profile, so moving one costs nothing and you can re-file in bulk later — which means there is no reason to wait for the perfect taxonomy. Start with three groups you are sure about and let the rest fall out.

Have you tried clearing the cache for that one profile? Worked for me.
