For reporting to a client — just names, groups and proxies would be enough.

Assigning one proxy per profile is cleaner but expensive at scale. What is the tradeoff in practice?

Trying to import about 200 rows. Which columns are required and does order matter, or does it read the header?

Ran 12 accounts out of one browser with a spreadsheet of logins for two years. Finally moved everything into profiles last month. The thing I underestimated was how much time I was losing to logging back in — sessions just persist now.

On demand, always. At 40 profiles opening everything is mostly a memory decision — each profile is its own browser process, so the ceiling is RAM long before it is anything else. What worked for me was grouping by what I do rather than by client: a morning group, an ads group, a slow-burn group. I open one group at a time and close it when I move on.

Would use this too if it shipped.

One per profile. It costs more but I stopped having the problems I used to have.

This matches my experience. Consistency has mattered more than uniqueness for me.
