Anything that must survive a rotation — a checkout, a login flow, a multi-step form — I finish inside a few minutes rather than trusting a window. The providers that quote the longest numbers have not been the ones that held longest in my testing.

One per profile. It costs more but I stopped having the problems I used to have.

Worth checking whether it is the profile or the account itself. I have chased the wrong one before.

How many are you running? It might be a resource limit rather than a setting.
