I use client-platform-number too. Sorting works properly and I can find things.

Try it on a fresh profile. If that works it is something in the original one.

Had exactly this last week. Restarting the profile rather than the whole app sorted it.

Same setup here and it has been stable for about three months.

One per profile. It costs more but I stopped having the problems I used to have.
